Have you tried putting a tennis ball between your hip and the wall and rolling over it until you find the sore spot (trigger point), then rolling over the trigger point about 8-12 times? I've been doing that 2-3 times per day for the past couple of months and it has made a huge difference.Trisha Pearsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08803608155464690785noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1995886388580332512.post-12717776526521847362011-01-30T13:07:23.599-05:002011-01-30T13:07:23.599-05:00Again I so relate to your pain. I have to do stretches before or I literly can't walk when first getting up. My back and hips just give out. Have you tried the one where you cross left leg over right knee breath out as you pull up toward chest then take breath and breath out as you gently push left knee back to point of pain. Then you repeat on other side. This really helps me because it stretches a part that is very tight which restricts movement. especially when getting up. Hope this is helpful. Thanks for your tips. I always try them :)Bonniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14476789760793994545noreply@blogger.com
